Don't forget Fuse #16. If it isn't passing juice, the switch is bit of
a moot point (being on its own circuit, you can have fuse problems
without necessarily realizing that's the failure point). My own lights
had become somewhat unpredictable. Even though every time I tested the
line to the switch it was live, lights would still ocassionally fail
to illuminate. Turns out the fuse wasn't making reliable contact. A
squeeze of the terminals (plus a new fuse for good measure) returned
the circuit to full function.
