[DML] Lambda Lambda Lambda

Hey Guys,
    I'm pretty sure I have narrowed my  problem down to the Lambda ECU.  My 
Frequency valve will not come  on...well.. ever.  Thanks to Rich A I have been 
able to test all the parts  of the system.  The car runs no differently with 
the Lambda ECU  disconnected or the frequency valve disconnected.  I'm 
surprised how well  it runs without the Lambda system but I want this fixed.
 
-Jumped RPM relay contacts 87b & 30, 12volts at  frequency valve-checked,<br>
-With key on, tested pin #8 at Lambda ECU connector-checked  12volts ,<br>
-All grounds cleaned,<br>
-Ran 12v directly to the  frequency valve and it  worked<br>
 
Before I buy a new ECU I just wanted to see if there is  anything else I can 
do.
