Take the pads out of the caliper and see if the noise goes away. You may have an anti-squeal pad that has come out-of-place or maybe you just need to replace them and the brake pads. P J Grady sells a kit with anti-squell pads, pins, and springs which is supposed to quiet even the noisiest car.
