Doesn't help if your car is vandalized away from home...

High profile cars attract a lot of attention from the public, not all
of it positive. DeLoreans fall into the high profile category. Within
the past year we've had side windows broken outside bars, stainless
panels keyed in parking lots, etc. I became so concerned about the
interest mine was generating at grad school (night classes) that I
stopped driving it in lieu of a pickup.
