WHENEVER ANYONE HAS 3500$ INSTEAD OF $3500, IT IS 99% OF THE TIME A SCAM.  ESPECIALLY SINCE HE SAID HE IS FROM ENGLAND.  NO OFFENSE TO OUR FELLOW BRITS, BUT ALL THE SCAMS I HAVE COME ACROSS ARE PEOPLE SAYING THEY ARE FROM ENGLAND.
