[DML] Blower Fan Problems

Hi all,
My blower fan is acting goofy.
It will only come on and blow if set on the last position
(4 I believe).
It has no function on the first 3 settings.
Is this a problem with the switch, or are there separete
relays that activate each speed?
What should I check or replace?
