Make sure the fan is rotating in the correct direction. Reverse the wires going to the motor if it is wrong. Check that none of the vent hoses are out of place. Watch the actuaters move as you move the mode switch into different positions. If the mode switch is hissing get a rebuild kit. If you try this with the doors open it isn't a good test because the air gets blown into the doors. Check that the vent hoses in the doors are connected too.
