WHO IS THIS MAN?

MODERATOR NOTE - it's in the photo file all the way at the bottom, the onlyone NOT in a folder, called "MAN". I'm sure the URL will not go thru unmolested.

Can anyone please help identify the man in the photo that I've filed;

He is wearing a blue and black jacket, tinted glasses and camera over his 
neck. He attended Eurofest 2001 with his wife, but I cannot recall his name.
