of course it can be put back together.
I don't have a description how to do it, but I
fixed mine last year and had to take it completely apart.

I think everyone (except perhaps John Harvey) will tell you that the power
mirror switch is non-serviceable and can't be put back together.

You can, however, get a 1995 Saab switch and swap it out, like I explain
