This was communicated via telephone from JDZ representatives to those investors (like my contact). The grapevine (unsunbstantiated) is that a LOT of the low VIN cars were delivered to Saudi Arabia and other middle Eastern states. A friend of mine in US Army Intel confimred that he saw no less than 2 dozen ruined ones in a sand pit in Kuwait when he was there 10 years ago, and even more in Saudi.
