My D was originally Harold's and I can attest that the non-cycling fans work well. In
Texas, the A/C compressor spends most if it's life engaged and thus the fans would too.
I see no benefit in letting the fans take a 2 second rest every 30 seconds or so. My
electronics have never melted down, my A/C works great, and during the summer my temp
gauge remains fixed between the 1st and 2nd notch.
