Vixen was owned, designed and engineered by Bill Collins.
Bill Collins was responsible for the engineering of the first few Delorean
prototypes prior to the D being handed off to Lotus.
I met Mr. Collins a few years ago and to the best of my knowledge JZD had
ZERO to do with the Vixen venture.
