I adjust the bars by myself. The trick is to remove the rear louver panel so 
you can use a breaker bar and hex socket with no extension bar on the socket. 
I cannot imagine using the extension bar the way they do it and get so much 
flex in the bar. That scares me.I use a broom handle to support the door, and 
my shoulder to support the breaker bar with a steel pipe extension on it. My 
doors used to sag but now open wide even on cold days.
