Parts Warrentee card found

Hi,
I was going through some Delorean stuff today that I got in a batch 
of parts, and there was a DMC Warrentee Card in the mix. Back 
in '82, some car had its inertia switch taken care of under 
warrentee. My question is: I'm trying to find out which car had this 
done. There is no place on the card that says a vin, but there is 
this

Date: 2/17/82
DMC DEALER# 05166
REPAIR ORDER# 2620

100815/ Inertia Switch

Could someone who has a dealer list please look up the dealer? Also, 
is the REPAIR ORDER# the same as the last 4 digits of someones VIN????
