On the topic of AC blowers...

When I got my car, fan speeds 1 and 2 didn't work. Don at Garden Grove
fixed it (along with a slew of other things), but now the same speeds are
not working. 3 and 4 work just fine, but sometimes I need something in
between 0 and 3.

Any ideas on what my problem might be? As I recall it was an easy fix
(both time and money) previously.
