Dare I say EFI.......:-)
Mine passed Ohio e-check with room to spare. Luckily they didn't have the 
vaguest idea of what they were looking at under the hood... I've since 
replaced everything upstream of the heads and still feel I'll pass e-check 
again without a problem. You could always register it as a collector by mail 
in Columbus and there'll be no e-check requirement.
