Les,

After three e-mails to DMC Houston over about a two-week period with the same question to them and no response I decided to call them and a woman who identified herself as Lisa said the second edition is about to be released. She didn't specify exactly when and I didn't ask her but the impression I got with
within a few days. I'm guessing but think they have probably just been too
busy moving to respond.
