I've only seen single map sensor setups. They are available in 1, 2 or 3 bar 
versions. 1 for normally asperated and 2 or 3 for boost applications. Check 
out www.sdsefi.com. Lots of EFI info.

Same place it always did.

My only concern would be the lubrication requirements for the impeller. 
Certain models may be sensitive to orientation, unless they were designed to 
run dry or fully sealed. I don'tknow the answer to this one.
