This is a common problem and requires that a heavy duty in-line fuse holder be installed to substitute for the fuse block fuse holder. If not replaced the same fuse will continue to melt. If the problem is not corrected the damaged fuse contacts will cause adjoining fuse contacts to overheat and melt. To reduce heat build up in the fuse block do not install the black fuse block cover.
