A large piece of plywood that is part of the fiberglass underbody has rotted due to leaking battery acid. There is a bracket made of sheet metal that screws to this plywood at the front bottom of the battery compartment. Now that the wood is thorougly rotted away, there is nothing left for this bracket to attach. Since this bracket is important for holding the battery compartment cover in place, I would like to find a way to fix it. Does anyone have any experience on replacing this plywood? It appears to be thoroughly glued in, but I could be wrong. Walt Tampa, FL
