Jake - I've done both, and unless the truck operator is Very Careful, you are much better off with a flatbed. If the car is towed from behind, you have to worry about the louvers opening while the car is in motion and you have to worry about the front air dam dragging on the pavement. If the car is towed from the front, there is risk that the air dam will be damaged while working the tow mechanism under the front of the car. Under no circumstances should a sling EVER be used to tow a DeLorean from either end.
