Hello everyone,

i am stupid. i found the reason why my low beam and right turn signal lights 
wouldn't illuminate. when i removed the tachometer, i replaced the 
paper/foam cushion upsidedown - which blocked viewing of the lights. boy did 
i feel stupid when i realized that!!!!!
