DeLorean keys can be made from Taylor blanks (same as Volvo) with no insertion problems.

I took my handy dremil tool (being safe to avoid shavings/grit in the eyes,
etc...) with a grinding stone and trimmed off the extra 1/8" on the top and
bottom of the key and it seems to work fine. I'm using the key today so anyone care to pass me their phone number in case
I get locked out and need a ride home? :-)
