Power Antenna question

Hello,
when I turn on the radio my antenna is not coming up. The relay located 
behind the drivers side seat is throwing when I turn the radio on so that is 
ok. The contacts look nice and clean. I checked the wires running all the 
way back and they are fine. what could be the problem? The fuses are good. 
Is there anyway I can "jump" 12v to the antenna motor just to see if it 
works? any info would be greatly appreciated.
