Your starting problem may be related to either the idle speed or fuel enrichment circuit. To check the idle speed circuit unplug the idle speed motor (regulator) while the engine is at idle than plug it back in. If there is no change in idle speed you have a defective idle speed component which will effect start and run conditions. Concerning the fuel enrichment circuit check to insure that the frequency valve is buzzing continuously during starting and cold idling. All of the factory installed DeLorean fuses are of the correct ratings.
