[DML] Re: Lucas Electrical

I have worried about that for sure!! In my '94 Geo Prism (aka
Toyota Corolla with some GM components) the airbag module is under
the center console. I once spilled a cup of coffee on the center
console and the airbag light came on. Luckily it didn't go off
(Whew!), but about two months later I got the recall notice in the
mail about airbags going off when liquid was spilled on the center
console. As for the rest of the electrical system, I don't worry, the
car was hit by lightening and the only consequence was a fried
alternator. So British electrical systems are alright in my book, as
they are usually easy to troubleshoot.
