Where to get Angle Drive & Blower Fan noise

Hi List,
1) Where is a good place for me to get an Angle drive?
Can it be repaired? Mine started to make "Clicking"
noise when tires are rotating/driving.

2) Same questions for Blower fan/motor. It makes a
"humming" noise at low speeds (mostly 1 and 2).
