Stated Values-

Pros and cons...well, the state of virginia goes on STATED value for
taxes...which is almost ALWAYS higher than book. my insurance does the same
stupid thing, so i pay more for my insurance than that stupic honda is even
worth. I mean, this may be a different case for a D, but sometimes, it can
be a better solution. If your car is worth more by ACTUAL CASH, your
insurance could be lower, but the benefits arent as great...
