Door light question

Light switches work fine, all the door lights go out, door open warning
light comes on with doors closed (ignition on, of course). Also
involved, courtesy delay circuit doesn't work, courtesy lights stay on
all the time, even with delay unit pulled. I can't see why on the
diagram, any clues? Would have to be a ground between the diodes, would
it not, but how could that be?
