The most common cause of your problem is that the rotation of the fan is wrong. Try reversing the wires going to your fan motor and see if the trouble is solved. Also as you change fan speeds you should notice a different amount of airflow. If this is nor the case the causes are a bad fan speed switch, incorrect wiring, bad relays. Another thing to note is that the car should have the higher rated fan and cooling fan circuit breakers installed to prevent cycling.
