I am working on a way to measure the force of the torsion bars with 
Rob Grady. By doing this simple test we will be able to determine if 
the torsion bars are the problem, the struts or both. It will be able 
to be done without the need to have a "new" strut for testing 
purposes, in fact the only tool will be a ruler! It will also be 
independent of temperature.
