I've had so many questions concerning this car I figured I would answer on the list instead of individual e-mails.

Well...as one could expect the owner does not want to sell. I guess he wants the car to deteriorate a little more...maybe he thinks it will add character and a pity case thus making the car worth more...ha. 

I have seen it many times before. People own something they "plan" to fix up and never sell. By the time they decide to sell the car is worth little more than scrap.

Oh well...will keep you posted if the owner changes his mind.
