Actually State Farm publishes a booklet of cars that they will insure and what
the rate is for each one for each class of driver, including all factors you
mentioned. I was shown a copy of this booklet when I went to see about having
mine insured. I did not notice whether the booklet was region or state specific,
but the DeLorean WAS listed in the one I saw. Ask your agent if he has a copy of
this booklet handy...maybe this will help resolve the issue.
