I've added more photos from the show and the second banquet, including a few
shots of Kathryn and John DeLorean and some DML'ers.

I will ultimately (in a week or two) rework the page into something more
manageable (thumbnails and such), this is a very quick first effort.
Unfortunately many of my banquet photos did not come out very well. If
anyone has good photos from either banquet I'd be grateful for the input to
post them here.
