Brad,
You obviouisly missed about a good 10 to 15 minutes of the movie. Flynt (Harrelson) calls a CBS mgmt. figure (Norm MacDonald) and has the FBI tape of JZD and the bust. The JZD tape scandal (or whatever you want to call it) then moves into court. It happens to be a bigger deal in the movie... Like I said, it takes up 10 to 15 minutes in the film. And you missed it??!
