Joe & Chris I used the same set and I also had a problem making that long hose fit. Yes I had the Q bracket installed. My new hose rubbed against the AC belt after the car warmed up. John Truscott of the D.O.A. suggested that I cut the hose where it crosses the AC belt and splice it with a piece of pipe. Now the hose fits better and is much tougher near the AC belt.
