[DML] Cooling Fans...

A couple weeks ago I mentioned that my car's cooling fans were cycling on 
and off quickly every few seconds when the air conditioning was on. As a few 
suggested, I had the freon charged, they found it a pound low. However the 
fans still cycle rapidly when the air is on. Are the fans supposed to stay 
on full time when the air is on??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
