[DML] Radio Question

Just a curious question... In wanting to keep the originality of the
car, I am wondering if anyone has put a cd changer in their car that
simply goes through the radio, allowing you to keep your original
radio. Any help would be appreciated (even though I don't have a D,and
I'm not even old enough to drive)
