[DML] Re: Owner's manual pdf (Was RTFM)

I am still figuring out how to unlock the Owner's Manual.PDF file
located at www.dmcnews.com. This is a file inherited from the prior
list-owner. The prior deal was that you send in $15 and you get the
unlock code. I'll figure something out and announce it in a day or two.
Thanks for your patience. In almost a year this is the second inquiry!
