[DML] fan problems...

I noticed the other day when i drove my D there was a lot of clicking coming 
from the relay compartment. I then noticed that the cooling fans were coming 
off and on approximately every 10-25 seconds. The fans would then stay on 
for anywhere from a second to about 5 seconds and then turn off again. I was 
curious about this so I let the car idle and get hot. The fans did work 
properly when the car got up to 220 degrees and dropped it back down to about 
190. I also noticed that the fans only act up when i have the heat on in the 
car. I installed the relay update recently. Any clue what could be causing
