[DML] Electric Windows

My electric window on the passenger side (left hand drive car) is stuck half
way up and when it does move it goes up and down on the piss and I get a
clicking sound etc. does anyone know if the updated window mechanisms which
are available are any good?. The original ones are incredibly hard to get to
and so is it hard to fit a new mechanism. As far as I can see the mechanism
which was originally fitted is pretty cheap and nasty, as well as being an
arse to work on.

any help/advice most appreciated
