Todd,
I am 18 and just bought a DeLorean about two weeks ago. I got a loan 
from Auto Body Credit Union in Lansing, MI. I think credit unions are a 
better choice then a bank espically ones related to the automotive industry. 
I got a loan for my D for $19,000(only $18,000 for the car(with a 
co-signer of course))for 60 mos. and my interest rate was only 7% which I 
think is pretty cheap because I work at a bank in Charlotte, MI. where I 
live, and for an 81 vehicle the interest was 15% and only for 36 mos. and 
they probably would not have given me as much.
