DEFINITELY had the same experience - my Size 12 (UK size - isn't that a
13 in US sizes?) it's even worse in the right-handers where the pedalbox
is squashed quite a bit given the right footwell is narrower on the right.

BUT, I am forever getting my feet tangled in the pedals.  They don't really
seem to be closer together than any other car I drive, but I think the
throttle is closer to the footwell wall than I am used to, which makes me
put my feet closer together.  The other day I turned a quick-stop into a
panic stop because I stepped on my braking foot while trying to push the
clutch to the floor!

I'm not that big of a person at 6'0" and size 11 shoes.  Is this just me?
