[DML] ADMIN: DMCNews Web and Domain

RE the recent posting about www.dmcnews.com not being accessible - this has
been something of a problem since around 12/25 when the server we are on
decided to re-engineer their server system. It was down for several days,
and has been less than totally reliable since. There's no reason it won't
work on Netscape, although since I am using FrontPage to create it there may
be some incompatibilities that make the artwork look funny. I only test it
on MSIE.

RE the domain owner of dmcnews.com - I'll save you the trouble - if you
check now it will probably still say James Espey. We have submitted the
change (and paid for reregistration) but according to the people who run
such things it normally takes close to two months for the change to take
effect unless you pay extra (which I won't do). Eventually it should show up
as owned by me (for the moderation team). I have nothing to do with the
other DNS mentioned.
