Northstar conversion
thread a while back and seem to recall those engine being big $$$.

Just received an ad from Speedway for a closeout on a Ford 302, factory
new, long block, hydraulic rollers and cam, roller tip rockers, angle
plug GT 40 head, serpentine belt drive pulley on crank, rear sump
(Explorer) pan, auto flywheel for $1399.99.

Take off the stuff you can't use and you have a new engine for $1400.
