[DML] fider glass glue/door lock

hello list

i need some help here ive noticed that my pasangers
side door wont open unless i push down the lock and
open i unlock it and open it up the lock closes buy it
self what should i do also i dont have any leather
near the windshield and also the side carpets where
the doors are at so its all fiber glass and some glue
what do u do to get rid of the glow i dont want to
put the parts back on i like the way it looks 
another thing is hank breer still on this list
