[DML] where is the air ?

since i have purchaced my d there has been somthing very strange abouyt
the heating and air system. there is plenty of freon and a the systems
works great. you can hear the system and fans kick in and even here
the fan blow stronger when you turn it up. there is cold air comming
out of the vents but there is hardly any air force comming out of the
vents. the previous owner said that the car just had a new mojulator
instaled. even if it did, i don't know what it does, but i thought it
would relieve come of the problem solving if i mentioned it.
