Incorrect; 
John DeLorean can't sell his estate because he doesn't own it. The 434 acre
estate belongs to the federal courts and Merrill Lynch. The property is
being auctioned off to help pay the over $24 million that John owes to his
creditors. 

I believe he will have to satisfy that financial obligation before moving
into another multi million dollar project.
