I don't know what all you had done, but a new windshield is $397 from any
of the DeLorean Parts places. With installation and reattaching the
mirror, the total should be less than $600, not $1000. In fact, I just had
this done, along with regluing of the "a-pillar" vinyl and the bill was
still under $600, including all labor.
