At the recent Frankfurt Auto Show, BMW unveiled a concept car, the Z9 Gt. " The Z9 . . . uses gullwing doors that run the full length of the passenger cabin. When open, these doors give passengers full access to all four seats. But there is also, built within the gullwing door structure, a conventional door which allows easy access for the driver and front-seat passenger" according to Roundel: The Magazine of the BMW Car Club of America, Inc.
